Alberto Bocca received both the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. After working in industrial automation, he joined the EDA Group, Politecnico di Torino. In 2019, he started a Ph.D. program in Computer and Control Engineering primarily involved in the modeling techniques for the energy analysis and optimization of complex systems.His interests focus on low-power VLSI design, with particular emphasis on CAD solutions for clock tree optimization and leakage-aware design, electrical energy storage devices in mobile systems, and photovoltaic applications.
