Yukai Chen received the M.Sc.degree in Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Torino in October 2014. Since November 2014 he joined the EDA group in Department of Control and Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Torino as Ph.D. candidate. He is currently involved in several European funded projects focus on VLSI-CAD.His main research interests focus on Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for Integrated Circuits and Electrical Energy Systems, with particular emphasis on modeling and simulating extra-functional (power consumption, temperature and aging effects) properties of Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) which cover a wide variety of domains, ranging from analog to digital, together with power devices, sensors, actuators and MEMS.
